“This simple beef tips recipe can be made with sirloin steak, stew meat or your favorite beef cut served over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes”
Ingredients:
3-4 pounds of steak, stew meat, top sirloin or other favorite cut
1 packet au ju gravy mix
1 packet onion soup mix
4 tablespoons butter cut into pats
1 cup Johnny Au Jus or beef broth
Cooking:
Cut the steak into 1 inch bites, trimming off any pieces of fat.
Place the steak in the bottom of a crock pot. Cover with gravy and onion soup mix, then place the pats of butter on top. Pour the au jus or beef broth over the steak.
