Green Bean & Mushroom Medley

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 oz) can mushroom pieces, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 oz (2 c.) uncooked noodles

Cooking:

  1. In a large skillet, cook & stir ground beef & onion until beef is brown and onion is tender
  2. Stir in green beans (with liquid) and remaining ingredients
  3. Heat to boil
  4. Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 20-25 minutes or until noodles are tender
