Flippin' beef pizza

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
2 tsp chopped onion
½ tsp. salt
1 pkg yeast
1 ½ c flour
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Pinch of thyme
Pinch of marjoram
½ tsp sugar
Pinch of pepper
One 15 oz can tomato sauce
Pinch of oregano
2 eggs
½ c milk scalded
¼ c butter melted
Parmesan cheese
Cooking:
Brown ground beef and onion in cast iron skillet. Pour off any drippings. Add salt, sugar, pepper and tomato sauce. Simmer while preparing bread.
Place in a mixing bowl, yeast, flour, sugar, salt and spices. Add eggs, milk and butter. Beat these ingredients at medium speed for 3 minutes
Spoon batter over hot beef mixture. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Let stand 25-30 minutes.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Turn upside down onto a platter and enjoy!
