Dried Beef Dip


  • 1 – 8 oz package cream cheese, softened 
  • ½ c sour cream 
  • 2 packages dried beef, chopped 
  • ½ c chopped onion 
  • ¾ c chopped green, red and yellow peppers


  1. Stir ingredients together well and serve with crackers.  May be made at least 2 days in advance.

    Cook's Tip: Purchase the bag of sweet mini peppers for use in a variety of recipes. Dip leftovers make for a great baked potato topper.
