Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 c. salsa
- ½ c shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and Pepper
Cooking:
- Place potatoes in aluminum foil and bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.
- Brown ground beef, remove drippings, add salsa and stir and heat through.
- Open up potatoes, pour ground beef mixture over the top. Add cheese and place in microwave for 30 seconds to melt the cheese.
Cook's Tip: Cooking times are for fresh or thoroughly thawed Ground Beef. Ground Beef should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160°F. Color is not a reliable indicator of Ground Beef doneness.
