Nebraska Beef Council Staff

Ann Marie Bosshamer, Executive Director

Responsible for management of staff and oversight of all check-off programs, activities and functions of the Nebraska Beef Council. Also serves as a spokesperson for the beef industry and beef check-off programs.

Kaiti (Roeder) George, RD, LMNT, Director of Nutrition & Education

Responsible for developing, recommending and implementing nutrition information programs, youth education programs and food communications.  Target audiences include health professionals, health influencers, educators, consumers and youth.

Lisa Brass, Director of Industry Relations

Responsible for industry relations, producer eduation and communications. She also works with all checkoff collecting points to insure compliance with the program.

Adam Wegner, Director of Marketing

Responsible for marketing new products, and management and maintenance of retail and foodservice related communications and evaluations.

Responsible for accounts payable & accounts receivable,
contracts and collection/compliance. 

Pam Esslinger, Administrative Assistant

Responsible for daily deposits and other administrative duties.
