Cattlemen's Beef Board
The Cattlemen's Beef Promotion And Research Board, usually referred to as the Cattlemen's Beef Board or CBB, consists of 108 members, including domestic beef, dairy and veal producers, as well as importers of beef and beef products. The Beef Board oversees collection of $1-per-head on all cattle sold in the U.S. and $1-per-head equivalent on imported cattle, beef and beef products.

The Cattlemen's Ball of Nebraska, Inc. is established to promote beef in a healthy diet, to showcase rural Nebraska, and to raise money for health care research. Uniting beef producers and businesses in a fight against cancer, the seventh annual Cattlemen's Ball will be held June 3, 2006 at Bob & Marg Dickinson's Feedlot in Milford, Nebraska.
